Well, since the last post, I am down by 8 pounds in 11 days. I am lifting twice what I started with in the gym.  Most importantly, my fasting blood sugar was 115-125, and today was 98. This is the first time it has been below 100 in several months. I am eating more than I was and not snacking. I am waiting 4 to 5 hours between meals and not eating after 6 or 7, making my morning meal at least 12 hours after my last evening meal. I am sting at least 30 gms protein at each meal. 70 gms fat total for the day , 10 gms carbs total for the day.  no %.    Just total gms.  I a kind of excited. In a month I shall post inches lost and total weight lost...every 30 days. I had no headache today...1st time in a couple weeks.

    I was just re-reading the comment section on, where you said you were doing keto diet even though your doctor said it was hogwash, and Amber said we were rooting for you. How are you doing nowadays? I hope you are well.
